We had our kitchen fitted by Dai of Preston Kitchens about 5 years ago. We were over the moon with the finish and impressed by the professionalism of the fitters. The after sales service provided by Dai is second to none. After our dishwasher broke we had a new one installed by the appliances own fitters but they were unable to complete the installation! Dai came straight out and sorted out the issues and had everything working again even though this wasn't his fault. Dai and his team have done a fantastic job on our kitchen, utility and bathroom projects. Right from the start they have been very professional and accommodating. Dai and his team did an amazing job at transforming our kitchen! From the initial appointments through to the finishing touches, we've been very impressed with the process and quality of work. We went through a few revisions of the plan and Dai was very accommodating and patient each time, translating our requirements into visuals and advising on material choices for our needs as a young family with a baby. He was also great at communicating with us and sending regular updates while the work was underway as we had moved out for a few weeks. I've attached before and after photos just to show what an incredible difference the work has made. Dai Preston advised us on our Media Wall project with excellent suggestions on colours and layout. Which included detailed plans, wall mounting our tv and moving electrical sockets.
